Awww, I’m sorry. That’s no fun. Is there anything you can do that is relaxing and will help take your mind off it? Have some tea? Tell the husband you are in dire need of a relaxing foot rub?

(((hugs)))

@shutterbug David doesn’t know how to do foot rubs, and it didn’t last long, I will have some hot tea soon :tea: thanks for the hug

@jukebox thanks

I’m glad it didn’t last long. That must have been scary.

Good evening @Twialine, I moved this post to the DX’d - Other category as it seems to deal with specific symptoms of psychotic disorders and it is a bit out of place in the Lounge, which is intended for general banter. I hope this is okay with you. :slight_smile:

I used to hear whispering too.
It was always so scary.
I used noise cancelling earbuds and listened to music to stop the whispers.
Now I’m afraid I can’t hear screams when I have my earbuds on. So I’m trapped kind of. So even though my whispers have gone away I’m now listening harder in case I miss important shouts or screams.
