I used to suffer from no hope back early on when I was first diagnosed, but now I feel like it’s all back now…the cold…it’s the cold…it is going to stay near sub zero now for the next five days…I have to tell myself spring is almost here…no I’m not suicidal and I don’t want to call a crisis line so please keep from posting that on this thread mods please.

Summer is soon round the corner mate. Many of us have been going bonkers after being locked in for months with covid too. Yes and the cold dont help.

I hate the cold too and the lack freedom when it’s winter. And can’t wait for spring. We just have to wait a month more.

Not long from now, we"ll be barbecuing hamburgers with no shirt, complaining it’s too hot out. Just hang tight

Can you get a sun lamp? I think they get people through the long winter.
