I just haven’t taken it, mostly because its hard for me to move around on crutches. I feel tired all day, with little energy. I hate feeling like this.
I don’t understand what you are saying - you don’t take your sarcosine supplement because you have trouble moving around on crutches?
Are you saying that you feel tired and with little energy because you aren’t taking your sarcosine?
I have a hard time moving around on crutches and yes i’m feeling listless due to not taking sarcosine. I just need to get myself motivated enough to take my sarcosine sorry if I confused you @SzAdmin I just been having a really tough week or so.
Sorry to hear that. Things get better - we all have rough times, but just keep pushing through it… and it will get better.
