This morning I tried make some static bike and I go down in the first 3 minutes, my breath it’s so bad and I get fatigued so easy…
Maybe it’s due avolition that I can’t handle some efforts ?

It remembers me one day that I went running with my sister and she was able to run for just 1 minute. At least she tried. How many minutes of static bike have you done (the total)?
If you don’t work out it’s just due to that. No matter your age, if you don’t work out you won’t have endurance.
Before workout I have sarcosine + a mug of coffee + something boosting energy like a banana + very loud house music.
All of this help me work out for 30 minutes.
