I have been dieting eating little then lowered my meds now I have no appetite, i dont even want to eat all day i only ate a little once today and i forced myself i wasnt even desiring food i hope i dont become underweight as i was 60kg before going on meds

Can you do maybe those ensure or other protein drinks for now at least? They might help you get some vitamins in and some protein too. @Aziz

yea i have whey protein powder i will take that as i am not eating enough protein but the vitamins i get from a multivitamin pill

i wish i had the body of my brother hes all muscular with veins and a 6 pack all natural not a juicer but i have to admit he trains a lot i cant train like him

I went back up on my risperidone as I got anger issues and now my appetite is better. Its hard to lose weight but its also hard to gain weight once you’re used to eat very little and underweight

106kg, was 148kg. before the meds i was around 60kg

You still have some fat in there. I wouldn’t mix goals. Get to 85 or so first and then bulk… idk

I stopped the gym 3 weeks ago, need to go back or train at home i have dumbells

and zero brains… Seriously, you’re better off.

As far as appetite loss, I have this issue back and forth. I keep around meal replacement drinks like Ensure or Boost, so I can make sure to get enough nutrients to keep my body active. I set an alarm for 3 times a day, and at those times I either eat, or grab a nutrient drink.

I only crave junk food these days. I have issues eating regular food. I don’t have much appetite even though I’m on zyprexa.
