It is good to be driven. And it sounds like you have all the bases covered.
Slow down. It doesn’t happen overnight. It’s awesome you are fighting for a better life, but body transformation takes time, nutrition, dedication, proper vol vs reps, too much cardio kills gains, so what’s your time specific goal?
