ever since i started keeping track of good days and bad days, i have had like 96% good days with 37 good days in a row. my meds must be working, but what is really helping me is controlling my tongue and not saying outlandish things which always sends me in a tailspin symptom wise worrying about how my words will be received. i still say colorful things every once in a while out of habit but my 2022 new year’s resolution is to not say anything inappropriate, i will probably be so boring i will post much less than previously haha.

what started it all was a couple really bad days in a weeks time where i wanted to admit myself, but after waiting it out i have 37 good days in a row. the less time i spend on social media or online the better my days seem to be, but they do get incredibly boring, although i learned from you, as you told me once, boring is a good thing.
