I have found methods to control intrusive thoughts, auditory and visual hallucinations, delusions etc.
I am happy with my lot.
It is true that some people are considered higher achievers than me,
but I try to exercise, I try to eat healthy, I try to develop my cognition and I try to control my positive symptoms.
I have reached tranquility and serenity, I am content and happy.
I am also making some progress with hygiene, and some progress in fitness, and progress in nutrition,
progress in cognition, awesome progress overall.
I have also found a high level alternative treater.

It’s a marathon not a sprint. Glad your in a good headspace but it’s a work in progress for most. Hang in there.
