Maybe ask them to come to your home it’s very important 4 your wellbeing and wear a mask, open the windows

I got my depot this morning, wore face mask, in and out quickly
I feel rotten still, im achey and hot and cold
Barely eaten since monday
Barely smoking
Im just under the duvet all the tme
