I have decided to give one birthday present to myself

I’ll be 50 in September. I have decided to continue my current exercise program and even do more so that I’ll be in an excellent physical shape when I’ll be 50. In this winter I achieved a lot and have been able to lose weight and strengthen my muscles, but many things still can be done. For example, I may get heavier weights to exercise my arms more. I think this will be an excellent present for myself.
