How long will it get to Canada if Lumateperone is approved in U.S.
Too early to know. I would go to clinicaltrials.gov and see what you can find. A search on the Health Canada Clinical Trials Database yields no result, either.

I see that this medication has been approved in the States. Rolling out end of first quarter this year. Any word how it is fairing in Canadian trials? There seems to be no press or info for the North available online.
I doubt that Canada will have separate trials. They will accept USA trial results. Canada avoids expensive drugs and might negotiate price for years.
I’m a bit scared to take it. Unless there really isn’t side effects.
