I have a bad feeling

This bad feeling is getting to me. I’ve read, I’ve watch Netflix, listining to music but I still have that feeling, soon to be asleep so it may passes.

Usually I think a lot about my future daily whenever I’m in a good mood or a bad one.

Usually when I feel good the future is good
When I feel. Bad the future is hopeless

I really need to learn to stop thinking about the future.

Nothing wrong with sleeping it off. I find that sleep is the best way to hit the reset button.

Looking too far ahead can be intimidating. I literally take one day at a time and try not to burden myself thinking about what I have to do tomorrow.

I hope you can find some peace with these feelings.
