Haven’t been sleeping right for 3 nights. Posted about that earlier. But I feel wired exhausted incredibly anxious and jittery and depressed. Think I’m heading towards a mixed episode. Plus it’s rainy here and my joints are aching. Just not having a good time

Does this happen often? Can you move your shots closer together? I don’t know much about it.
They wanted to put me on shots but I refused, pills only for me. Just my personal preference.

Tuesday. Thank God. I hate getting them but it works.
You can but I see my pdoc next week I’m just going to ask to switched back to pills. It was my choice to do the injection but it’s not working out
