I get so angry during my episodes because the dogs make them worse and I do not know how to.control my emotions of hatred for their ■■■■■■■ barking and ■■■■.
Our dogs barking also drives my mom crazy. I can’t think of any fix for this except getting rid of the dogs 
we’d never get rid of our dog because we love her even though she’s loud lol

Just think that the dogs are trying to help you by barking. They aren’t human but they think that barking will prevent something bad happening to their owner. I used to be annoyed by my dog barking, but now i just think that shes trying to help me by doing so.

Yea give the dogs away and get some fish…their nice and silent… i don’t get people that keep animals they hate… Find a good home for them… It would make the dogs happy make the new owners happy and you would be happier too…
I can’t stand monkeys… Their loud they throw poop and they bite… So for my sanity and fingers…and the monkeys safety I don’t have one…
