It feels like I’ve always been in physical pain. But it’s worse now that I am old. I fell weeks ago, and it still hurts. I don’t bounce back like you kids do .Cherish your youth, people. We don’t last forever.

Do you exercise?
Gentle exercise might help prevent falls and increase strength and balance.
Hope you will feel well in body and being.
I fell while getting dressed. I can’t balance like I used to so getting dressed is a whole different process, now. And, no, I don’t exercise like I should.
