You had to do it man. It may make him realize he has to stop his alcohol consumption. It’s tough to do that to anyone but if it’s hurting how well things are getting done in your business it has to be done. Take it easy tonight.
I used to work with a lady who reaked of alcohol every day. She did her job though and never missed work I felt sorry for her. Addiction is so hard to overcome
I’m sorry Walla. Hopefully you won’t catch any flak from a labor board or anything. I got fired once it hurt my ego a bit but I was a crappy employee so it had to be done. Try not to worry.
Understandable, don’t beat yourself up. At the end of the day, his alcoholism is his problem to deal with, not yours.
Maybe this will be the step he needs to get help
