I was watching forensic files and out of no where I started shaking intensely so I called up this liaison for some help, but ended up leaving a creepy voicemail. I then called the ambulance and they checked me out. I was completely out of it I had formed delusions and loss of time, I thought I was in the 1960’s- the cops showed up and checked me out. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again…

Is it bcz of what you were watching? Horror stuff triggers me since I got sz so I don’t watch those at all, even for scary video games like Doom, etc

I was feeling off since I was distancing myself from family and friends/ even now I feel that way, but ever since I went downhill. I feel like my mental health is deteriorating quickly; god i hope not///

No I ended up staying home after they told me to take my prn. I did a walk in today and upped my dosage.
