I had coffee and spoiled the calm, peaceful feelings

I’ve been having problems with nasal congestion and being dried-out. Been using Sudafed for it. But I saw my doctor today and she prescribed Clartin and Flonase. The Flonase works well, and I have been feeling calm and peaceful after using it. The Sudafed wires me up. But I drank some coffee and that spoiled the peaceful feelings. Now I’m wired up.

Love Flonase but hate that post-nasal drip. Ew.

I thought pseudo ephidrene based medications were off limits for what I’m on. Ap and antidepressant. I’m sure I’ve seen something about it years ago! I avoid things like sudafed and just ride out most flu’s.

I didn’t know that. Maybe that’s why the doctor told me to stop taking Sudafed.
