I don’t think it went well at all
Where @? 15151515
What went wrong?
I was just very awkward throughout the whole thing. I also haven’t worked in 2 years so I had to try and explain that.
It was at a hospital.
I will be on the interview journey soon
Share your dislike of the process humans use to compete for jobs
I think that my awkwardness doesn’t help I also find it difficult to answer questions on the spot.
Sometimes it won’t be you but them
You’d probably want to avoid jobs any way when the interviewer doesn’t give off a good impression
Don’t forget your side is just as important as theirs
Interview them to!
Ask some challenging questions
If it feels like a waste of time then you can end the interview yourself as well
I have tried this and it worked ok as I weeded out jobs that did not fit what I wanted
Not got a lot of practise at it but I try it out
My brother in law is an expert at this and he climbed ladders real quick!
This is where I struggle big time in interviews. I can never come up with intelligent questions
I used a notepad last time to write down things for follow up questions
It was an online interview so I guess that made it easier
Yes you’ve been unemployed for 2 years, but none of your fault!
Most of that time you were looking for work if I’m not mistaken.
And you are also a caregiver right?
not fully a caregiver, I just help with the paperwork and I help translating for my mum whose the carer.
I think you are doing quite a lot given your medical condition. And the job market has shrunk it seems.
Don’t beat yourself up.
Have more confidence please.
