I’ve been struggling with MI for 15 years, and I am so happy to report that I had three good days in a row… before three months ago, I had 0.

I can say that I’ve had many bad days recently, but I’ve managed to handle it all the best I probably could.

Thanks so much. I used to get suicidal because I had no good days. Now, I’m hopeful instead of hopeless.

I’ve been in a good patch too. I was suicidal and in hospital in September to October and gradually been getting better and now I have hope and the depression has gone for now. Making hay while the sun shines!
