Hmmm that seems like a case for the labour board. There are standards businesses are made to follow as set out by the government.

Unfortunately my work is like that too its not right but very common we are overworked and underpaid ive been there19 yrs. Because i do not like change i need structure and routine i suffer from anxiety and my boss works with me and gives me breaks when i need them good luck and god bless my son has schizophrenia hes 19 so my heart is with you
