I’m usually a mess with anxiety before work, sometimes even at work, but when I get home from my shift that feeling of accomplishment feels great. And the extra income is nice, too lol

Congrats on getting the offer! If you do want to try for management in the future, I have some tips:
- find out how much management gets paid vs your current position
- find out whether management has ant additional schedule/availability requirements.
I used to work retail. I found out one day that my manager only made $1.25/hour more than I did, but had to have mandatory overtime and full availability including coming in on days off if no one else could cover shifts. It was not worth it to me for $50/week.

When I worked at Subway, my manager only made $.90 more than me an hour. Totally not worth the stress!
