I got an interview!

You guys I’m so excited. I reapplied to an entry level position at a large insurance company. The position I applied for is an auto insurance claims customer service agent. I’ve worked at home the past 3 years doing customer service and eventually getting promoted to supervisor. The starting wage at the insurance company is $22.75 an hour which is what I make currently.

My only worry is that there is a recorded video interview. I always suck at the digital interviews, I didn’t get the job last time when I applied in July of 2024.

Do deep breathing and other skills to calm your mind beforehand. Then just do your best. Congrats on the interview!!!

Good luck. Just talk to the camera like you’re having a conversation and you should do well.

I think I did poorly in the interview. I probably won’t hear anything till next week though

I just don’t feel confident about it. It was a really hard recorded video interview and I wasn’t talking to a live person.
