I’m very excited. The library had a board meeting tonight and they discussed my performace review. My boss said she didn’t get to say anything before the board members began talking about me- in a good way!
Then they discussed pay and decided to give me $1 raise and 2 paid vacation days! I am only part time and also have never had paid vacation time. This all goes in effect Jan 1

My raises have always sucked. .25-.75 cents. Usually on the lower end.
