I gained 10 lbs over the Halloween holiday

I’ve been eating way too much chocolate candy bars. The fun sized chocolate bars: Snickers, Milky Ways, Twix, you know, the good stuff. And it’s all landing on my belly, butt, legs and thighs. I am so fat now. I weigh 160 lbs. I should weigh 150 lbs. I got to lose this 10 lbs. No more chocolate candy for me. And unfortunately, Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up. Oh, woe is me!!

I stopped eating Reese’s peanut butter cups days ago.
I was overdoing it for a while.

I have diabetes and have to watch my diet.

Those reese’s christmas trees and cadbury creme easter eggs get me every year. There’s also girlscout cookie season. Also discount Christmas sugarcookies half off on December 26th! I buy a couple containers worth.

If I just changed my soda to water I’d lose weight. I eat these treats sparingly 95% of the time, but I drink soda throughout the day. Lots of it.
