I found the perfect supplement add on

Selenium! Its been working so well. wow. three days and my mood is amazing, plus I just read it also causes weight loss. I ordered another supplement too that I will see how it helps.

So I am taking Iron 65mgs with vitamin C once a day, Selenium 200mcg a day, L-Methylfolate 15mg a day and these were all instinctive purchases that have so far worked well. I feel so balanced right now i just took all three plus Naproxen Sodium 220 Mgs for inflammation and its doing its job so far.

I plan to take all three on the regular, maybe not the naproxen not sure i can take that every day. But definitely Iron, Selenium and Folate.

I will be starting 15mgs of Phentermine on monday, if it does not work out i still have the vitamins to ease my way off it and to balance my hormones and thyroid. Im at the point debating if I should see a new psychiatrist my GP is referring me somewhere else or trying to get me a new referral.

I told her the Aristada has caused rapid weight gain which is how I have sleep apnea. She prescribed the phentermine my psychiatrist says to take it and if it doesnt work just stop. I think my GP was more aware of the risks and I may need a re-evaluation. Or I will continue this as is, and if the Aristada is working I can take all these supplements plus Phentermine. I have a feeling if the Selenium is working better for weight loss why take so much medication?

When taken by mouth: Selenium is LIKELY SAFE for most people when taken by mouth in doses less than 400 mcg daily, short-term.

However, selenium is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth in high doses or for a long time. Taking doses above 400 mcg can increase the risk of developing selenium toxicity. Taking lower doses for a long time, such as doses that are higher than the recommended dietary allowance (RDA), can also increase the risk of developing diabetes.

Selenium can cause muscle tenderness, tremor, lightheadedness, facial flushing, blood clotting problems, liver and kidney problems, and other side effects. High doses of selenium can cause significant side effects including nausea, vomiting, nail changes, loss of energy, and irritability. Poisoning from long-term use is similar to arsenic poisoning, with symptoms including hair loss, white horizontal streaking on fingernails, nail inflammation, fatigue, irritability, nausea, vomiting, garlic breath odor, and a metallic taste.
