I found a way how to fall asleep faster

I leave a nightlamp on for the whole night in my room. Also i have a ticking clock.

There is something about medium light. If its pitch black then i overreact. I feel like i have to fall asleep and i start trying…which could last all night. But when there is light in the room …i dont feel the obligation and i fall asleep in 5 mins.

It takes me about an hour to fall asleep. I just put on a podcast and it helps me get to sleep.

I fall asleep as soon as i hit the sack!!!
