I slept about twelve hours Saturday night, and then not at all on Sunday night. But I went back to my room for lunch, and I fell asleep for over two hours. I missed a bit of day treatment, but my case manager cut me some slack. I’m feeling like I can get some more sleep, which would be great.

I take 300 mg of trazadone for sleep otherwise I would never get sleep…you might consider about 100 mg of trazadone to help you sleep?
I’m on what an American Indian friend called “Indian time”. I sleep when tired and wake up when not.
Sleep is therapeutic.

Trazodone has no effect on me. One time I took 4500 mg, and it did very little to me.
I am sorry to hear that…you must have been suicidal…I took 600 risperdal one time when suicidal…called 911…anyways…sorry.

I just woke up from getting a ton of sleep. Now I have no energy. Caffeine does nothing, but sugar sends me zooming, but I think the adrenaline, or whatever, bubble has burst, and I can’t perk myself up hardly at all.
