i will make them dinner and a bottle of wine, now i have to find a good recipe of some kind. i am horrible cook so this should be interesting. just thought of it today, figured how bout a meal instead of a cheap gadget.
last time i cooked for them was like 4 years ago, i grilled salmon with sweet and spicy brussel sprouts. when we used to live together
With a good recipe it shouldn’t matter much that you lack experience. Just follow it to the letter and you should be fine. Salmon is awesome!
it’s tough cooking for mom though, since she lost her taste because of covid, she can taste certain things other things not so much, she found a corn chowder at the grocery store she likes and eats a lot of that
i will probably cook them a meal on christmas eve, since we will have plenty of food on christmas.
last year for christmas i got them a box of wine, and 5 lottery tickets, i was pretty much broke last year.
That’s a good idea. You can find a recipe for almost anything online. Following a recipe isn’t hard. You just follow it; it tells you exactly what to do, how much to use, and in what order.
Wine and lottery tickets. They sound like my kind of people.
im thinking a nice soup and fancy salad, with a serving of meat idk? marinated chicken of some kind? depends on the soup.
o and i got to come up with something for dessert.
