My Mom gave me magnesium and ashwaghanda for the anxiety and I was flying . I think it was the ashwhaghanda

Ashwhaghanda didn’t do anything for me.

How was the effect like ?

I felt like I had a couple beers basically I dont know if it was the ashwhgahanda or the visteral , magnesium I took. I basically felt like a night drinking but without the hangover.
