I feel like when I move my arms around they’re not mine. And it’s like the motion messes with my head. It’s so weird. When I stand I feel dizzy too. Ugh!

Sounds like maybe your maybe dis-associating. Its common with EUPD, which i have grudgingly copped as well.
Lie down on your bed for a bit - and try a bit of sensory perception, calming music, whilst slowly using your hands to feel your arms and body.

Sounds like a bit of disassociation but the only thing that concerns me is the dizziness you are experiencing

I frequently feel dizzy, but got it tested and it’s nothing I can do anything about.

I think it’s probably anxiety and my new med together. If it continues I’ll contact my primary dr.
