I’ve been diagnosed with schizoaffective and the last two years starting at around October 1st I usually start to spiral into a psychotic episode I’ve been placed on inVega sustena I’m wondering if anyone has an idea why always happens to me this time of year I normally don’t hear voices all year but get delusional in October then I get hospitalized and by November I’m back to normal why do you think that is

Mental illness can be very cyclic. I get episodes in spring. Before meds I’d have major episodes every 5 years. I’ve no idea why it is but it is very common. Important thing is to take the meds as prescribed and always search for better function.
