I feel weird, should I be concerned?

I have some health anxiety, so I might very well be making a mountain out of a molehill here.

I’m dizzy, my mouth is dry, my legs are numb, and my neck hurts a lot.

Should I be concerned? Could it be my bloodsugar maybe? Or do I need to consider getting medical help?
I don’t want to make a fuss if there’s nothing wrong.

Call the drs and explain it and they should understand if it needs more investigating. In the U.K. it’s 111. But I’m not sure if you’re in the U.K. so I don’t know how it works for you where you are if you aren’t.

I’d say go to the drs then.

If you have symptoms like this, particularly the neck issue, it could’ve have been a heart problem.

Can you ask a pharmacist?

I’m too dizzy to go to a pharmacy, and I worry they don’t speak English

Try going on webmd.com symptom checker and see what they advise.

It was a bit on the low side 8 years ago, but I never got treated for it. Later tests showed nothing

You could call up the pharmacy instead of going there?

They might know English. Good to check.

Low blood pressure could explain the neck pain, but it’s unlikely to be serious unless you have an underlying condition.

Is there an inexpensive way to combat it? I just had some coffee, hoping it could up the old pump a bit

I simply weather it out, but I’m sure you can find better advice out there.

My neck feels tight, and I can feel my pulse. It’m also starting to see black spots.
Maybe I’ve just frenzied myself into a good old panic attack

Doesn’t that usually come with paralysis or blurr3d speech?
Can any home remedies alleviate it, like an NSAID or paracetamol?
