I feel very good I am getting fitter and fitter

I gained littlebit muscle in gym … today was easier to ride my skateboard … I am going to be in shape

I am already 2 weeks in gym after 1,5 month brake … but I can do it… it’s easier after some time

You can get stuck in your bed very easy if you not moving… I was stuck one time… after med adjustment I can do more without such a pressure…I want to be best

I think you are in shape mainly because you have good genetic parameters.
And despite that your lifestyle is very suboptimal.

good for you @anon48059102. keep it up, im getting back in shape also. have you tried pullups? I used to be able to do 17 pullups at my strongest but lost a lot of strength. I can only do 6 now.

I can do only few pull ups are very hard… but they give you some great health benefits
