I donā€™t recommend playing chemist, but maybe youā€™re left no alternatives. You write a lot on the forum, maybe you can put something literary together? You can blog your findings or conjure a story about a guy in your situation who takes a calculated risk to change his life.

I read a book in college Electroboy about an art dealer with bipolar mania. Or watch The Intouchables, a film about a quadriplegic who hires a caretaker. Maybe itā€™s your fate to be stuck in bed but that same fate definitely isnā€™t stuck. Lifeā€™s giving you lemons, MAKE LEMONADE, AZIZ!
