I reduced my meds slowly. From 10mg olanzapine to 5mg and a week later still ok.
Reduced amisulpride from 400mg to 300mg and hope things will be ok. My meds too expensive and I’m taking Lamotrigine as prescribed as it’s helping my worst symptom - depression. But if the amisulpride too little I will increase it again. Seeing my pdoc next month and will discuss it with him.
Had a panic attack in the car on the way to the shops today. First time in two months. But otherwise fine.
