I felt alright on the ecig but now that i’m smoking a 25g pouch a day again i don’t feel right.

I’m sorry. How long have you been on that med? Have you recently changed the dose? Maybe you went too high. I went too high on my Geodon for a couple months and it made me sleep all the time and lose my sex drive.
Smoking is never good for you. If you notice you feel worse after smoking, that might be a good sign to get help quitting.
