I feel sad

I think it’s because I’ve been too busy doing stuff lately. Fatigue creeps in and then I get depressed. I don’t like taking naps. I always feel lazy when I take a nap, but I do feel less depression once I’m caught up with sleep. I just wish I didn’t get so tired in the first place.

Does anyone else get fatigue induced sadness?

I’m not sure if I get sad but I know I get in a bad mood. I take naps frequently. Maybe 4 days a week I’ll fall asleep for an hour on the sofa. It really refreshes. But I typically only get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep at night.

I hope you get through your busy time and over your depression.

Sorry to hear you’re struggling.

Coffee + L Theanine + heavy tobacco helps with fatigue sadness 4 me.

Hope this helps.

I used to drink a lot of black tea (34 mg of caffeine a cup), but my anxiety was extremely bad. Not sure if I want to go back to drinking it.

I do, but I can’t nap because it makes me feel lousy the rest of the day

Motivation is a mysterious thing. Sometimes I have no idea where it comes from and how to make more.

I’m pretty sad anyway.

My mood just took a nosedive. Crash and burn.

I usually just feel “blah” most days. I am not depressed but I don’t have much enthusiasm either.
