I appreciate the responses. I’ve been in CBT for years, but I have to change my attitude about it. Im not always a fan of evidence based thinking even though I know it’s best for me.

Different therapies work for different people! Glad you are liking DBT. I enjoyed some elements of it, though I preferred CBT myself. Whatever works for you!
