I don’t know about anyone else on here, but what about it? Maybe it’s just a given with the pandemic and all, but I feel I need to gain some more back. And, of course, that’s where support comes in, also. Thoughts?

I mean staying strong and overcoming adversity.
Maybe its stress? What symptoms you have?
Well, if I’m feeling even somewhat bad about a problem, my thoughts race sometimes. It’s also relates to what’s happening in the world, as well.
Part of the modern day treatment of Sz is normalisation, i.e. the realisation that many of the things we experience as patients are also experienced by normies. This relieves a lot of the burden of self-stigma and makes us realise that we’re not such bad people after all.
