I made myself a big bowl of mashed cauliflower for dinner. It was super easy and surprisingly creamy and delicious. I was skeptical that it would be a good potato substitute, but it really is!
But, as far as lazy foods go, toast a piece of bread in a skillet with a slice of cheese on top until it melts?
Melt some chocolate chips or sliced cheese on top of crackers?
Can of tuna with a bit of pickle relish and some crackers or tortilla chips?
Baby carrots and ranch?
Maybe some beans and rice or some mac.and.cheese

hahaha I wouldn’t go that far. But I do really enjoy cooking. I find it very easy and I appreciate good food.
