Yeah I always feel like I want to burst out of my skin. That’s because I got really accustomed to life in lucid dreams though, so waking back up is like coming to a world where I’m severely handicapped. It’s frustrating. Not much to do about it though, so embrace your bod.
thanks XD But I was late in taking my anti-psychotic and was having delusions and hallucinations.
So for future reference do you only have that while off meds? Or do you still feel that way today and normally for you? When I mean off meds my symptoms often come late at night as is when I take my meds so I’m meaning that way. If that makes sense.
when I’m having delusions and stuff is usually an indicator that i have not taken my meds yet. I also tend to piss people off while in a state of psychosis… >"<
Cool cool, glad you’re back to normal now!
thanks, anna
I believe in the immortality of the soul and spirit.
Some people do feel disconnected from their body. Something that has helped people is some grounding. I’ve met a few people who complained of the same thing and some were not even SZ. Every single one of them talked about having to be grounded and find a way to be comfortable in their own body.
If you Google ‘grounding when you feel disconnected from body’ there is a bunch of things that can be done that might help sometimes.
If you just let the feeling go on and on it can become unhealthy mentally, which can lead to unhealthy physically as well.
thank you for that insight, i may just look it up.
