I went to the dog park with a friend. I brought Baby, a lab, and he brought Cookie, a chihuahua terrier. The dogs played, people came and went, and I experienced remission, none of the crazies that seemingly plague my mind endlessly. It only took 20 years. I’m almost too tired to be excited.

I do better than most but I think being positive enough to enjoy life’s little pleasures really is beneficial.
I’m glad you had a good day and may tomorrow be another one. Put 7 of those together and your doing better than most which is so cool.

It’s funny, I slept unwell last night. I kept waking up with a headache. I probably got less than 5 hours. Who knew that could produce a good day. You still got to get out there and when the breaks are beating the boys, tell them to give it all they got and win one for the skipper.
It brings me tears of joy
