I easily dislike duck billled platypuses. They have beady eyes. Also what right does a mammal have to have a ducks bill and lay eggs?

And don’t get me started on beavers. Ugh.

Idk they just do something that really gets under my skin in a way I don’t like. Or they bother me in the way they interact. Or all kinds of reasons. Even if I get a feeling they won’t like me, I end up not liking them sometimes. To protect myself from becoming a ppl pleaser which is soul destroying.

I still wish the best for everyone, don’t get me wrong.

But I just don’t like some ppl.

Some ppl can have a lower tolerance etc. It’s great.

I know most people interactions are bad experiences but I don’t know if I can say I don’t like them. But I don’t like the experience.

I do know I like people who are more quiet, have interest and straight forward thoughtful. I don’t like people who are performative. But dislike is a strong word for me.

It’s just when my feelings get hurt (easily) it really affects my confidence and self esteem and that really afrects my mood. Disliking ppl seems easier than putting urself out there sometimes.

I guess I should be more brave at some point idk.

I wish people would except me for being a little different. I harm nobody and people treat me like dirt lol I guess it’s all subjective

I can relate to this. Sometimes i behave strangely cos i have a severe mental illness (which is not my fault,) but my behaviour is entirely harmless. Still people write me of as a weirdo, they are so judgemental and intolerant.

Its one reason why i prefer animals, they dont care if i have sz, they just care if im good to them or not. Why cant normies be the same? Live and let live for heaven’s sake.

Same for me with animals… there were times when I was in a really bad place and a stray cat was the only thing that liked me☺️

Tbh it’s been so bad that I thought pets were reading my mind :man_facepalming:t5: God …I’m glad I’m a little better !!!

People usually treat people of difference poorly

Im a very very very unique person and do believe it’s the #1 reason they don’t treat me well.

People are often Fearful of changes

Would say I get treated poor by just about every demographic (aside from the very spiritual people demographic)

That said I’ve gotten used to it by now :joy:

it takes a lot for me to dislike someone. either im neutral or i like them. i rarely dislike someone.

I deal with very negative feelings towards people too but it’s for other reasons. Before this I disliked almosy nobody tho…frfr

What you dislike in other people may provide some insight into what you dislike about yourself or about your own insecurities. Maybe that would provide an opportunity for self improvement or personal growth.
