I drove in a direction until I ran out of money for gas

While there’s often a grain of truth in a delusion, most of the time they’re largely untrue.

Everyone gets manipulated. Maybe you even got manipulated more than most. But ultimately, just like driving away, you can choose what to do next.

If you’re asking advice, I would say call your family and ask for help, but I know not everyone’s family is cool and nice, so if that doesn’t work for you, I would consider going to an E R and asking for a psychiatrist. Opiods and benzos are probably not what you need, the right antipsychotic though, that might change your life. Not saying it would be 100%, but less of a struggle, you know?

In any case, don’t make any permanent decisions. There are lots of things to try.
