At one point I did the same thing with mouth wash @Jayster. Then someone commented that my breath was bad so I’ve always brushed my teeth since then. I use both toothpaste and mouthwash now.

I use mouthwash sparingly because my girlfriend in high school said my breath smelled like alcohol.

i feel dirty i haven’t showered in a few days, i was going to this morning before my appointment but i forgot and got up late. so i’m going to tonight. i think i have been doing better but i don’t know if i can do it.
