I don’t have a lot to say but I enjoy reading what everyone has to say and slowly understanding my illness. I’m very greatful for this forum and it’s active members. Keep up the high quality discourse.

You wouldn’t believe it buy it took me like two weeks to make a tenative post. It was back in the 1990’s and the internet was still new. Had no idea about anything and thought that schizophrenia was me getting multiple personalities.
Thankfully this place helped me learn what was what and I haven’t shut up since!
Well done on posting and when your comfortable say something to help someone out. We all have a journey to make and we all know things. You know things that can help others and that is great! Don’t be shy! Contribute when you can!
