Being lonely is painful. I’m sorry you don’t have enough close relationships in your life to feel a sense of community. That’s tough. Do you have any hobbies?
I relate - and I also struggle with loneliness. I try to do small things to help keep me focused, exercise throughout my day and small hobbies. I also try to not compare myself to what I think is normal for other people…just focus on caring for myself.

It’s called “ behaviour problems” .
There are groups of people who get together and go to music shows, plays, etc.. Have you thought of joining one?
