Suddenly I am smoking less and drinking less coffee without thinking about it. I mean I’m not complaining. It’s not a bad thing but kind of odd. I’m also on here and Facebook much less. Other than playing wordscapes and bingo bash off and on I really just chill. My anxiety is not too bad either. All just really strange.
Well, I think it’s a well-deserved break from the anxiety. Not smoking as much is a good thing, too. Hope it lasts a long time.
