In my opinion quitting sugar and quitting tobacco was not the same at all. Tobacco was way tougher to quit and about 100 more addicting in my opinion.
I drink sugar free Pepsi Max, but it’s hard to avoid it when it’s in things like yoghurts. I guess if they taxed sugar content above a certain level that might help.They talked about this in the UK before.
I love sugar, artificial sweeteners give me headaches and I don’t want my food to taste like honey, so I eat and drink lots of sugar. I love it though, gonna take my chances.

Sugar is in so many items! I need to really cut back. I feel tired when I eat take in a lot of it. I once was watching my intake so much that I made homemade ketchup!
Sugar is not addictive. It’s just that we’re biologically wired to like it. And I stress like it. You can’t be addicted to sugar any more than you can be addicted to good music.
